The staff at this hotel were simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived until our departure, they couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast selection was great and catered to all tastes. We also loved having a gym and sauna available to use during our stay. Plus, the location was top-notch with many popular attractions within walking distance.

There were a few small issues that could be improved upon. The shower drain in our room wasn't functioning properly for the first few days, and the lock on our door had some technical difficulties.

We had an incredible stay at Lavencos Hotel. the staff were extremely helpful and provided 5-star service. They were the kindest and most helpful staff we've encountered during our 3 months of travel in South East Asia. Any questions or problems we had were quickly addressed. the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. the restaurant staff was kind and told us about new foods to try. the gym was decent and the view from the pool was stunning. the lobby area was beautiful, especially with the Christmas decorations.
